We all want to look great in our skin tight jeans. We all want that sexy bubble butt. That nice, tight, and firm butt. Sometimes life happens and we get out of shape. Life can be very hectic sometimes, but we just have to learn to roll with the punches. Make exercise and eating healthy a priority in your life. Write it down in your schedule. You are important. Staying healthy and in shape is extremely important. If you want to live a long and healthy life, so you can be around to enjoy your love ones, start a new routine today. Plus, again we all really want to look sexy in those jeans. So read on for a few tips on how to look and feel good everyday!
How is your exercise routine going? It can be hard to get motivated to exercise. Everybody is so busy with work, family, and life… However, we all have to exercise. Not only will it make you look better, it will help you feel better. Exercising will help you to live longer too. We all want to be around for our grand-kids and whatnot…so we have to do it. Adults do a lot of things they do not want to do, but they do them anyway. Exercising is one of those things, it will help to keep your heart healthy. Try for at least 20 minutes of cardio, for at least 3 days a week. Mix it up some too. Go for a walk or jog, dancing, swimming, tennis, kayaking, surfing… Find something you will love doing, and do it. It can also help if you can find a partner or a group to exercise with you as well. Don’t forget to work your muscles, by lifting weights as well. You do want that firm butt, don’t you? Once you get into a routine, you will love exercising. And those skin tight jeans will look hotter on you than ever before!
Are you making healthy eating a part of your everyday life? Eating healthy can be very difficult as well. Food can be very tempting. There are so many good treats out there, it’s hard to say no. Well, you really shouldn’t say no or that any food is bad. Overindulging is not good, but depriving yourself is not good either. You can enjoy all food in moderation. Allow yourself some dessert every once in awhile, and do not feel guilty for eating it either. Don’t beat yourself up if your tight jeans are getting too tight all the time. Love yourself more. It is all about moderation. Everything is about moderation. Make sure to get your daily serving of vegetables and fruit as well. Eat sensibly and watch your portions. Portions are key, try only eating half of everything. And if you go out to eat, always take half home in a to-go container. Also, you might want to take some vitamins as well. There is no way you can get the recommended amount of vitamins and nutrients that you need every single day from food alone. There are so many vitamins that we need daily, vitamin C, calcium, vitamin E or fish oil, vitamin D… If you can’t take all of these vitamins, then at least take a multi-vitamin daily. Yeah, you do need more of these other vitamins than what is found in one multi-vitamin, but just taking a multi-vitamin will help tremendously.
Working out and eating healthy not only makes you look sexy in those designer tight jeans, but it just makes you feel more confident and happy. Being happy in life is extremely important. You really will feel more happy and have a lot more energy too. So make exercise and eating healthy a priority in your life. And remember not to feel so guilty. Think positive good thoughts always. If you mess up some days, so what, start eating healthy again at the next meal. Don’t think if you mess up on Friday, that the whole weekend is blown. And that is another thing, you should give yourself one free day a week, where you can enjoy yourself. Now, choose to be happy, you do know it is a choice, right? You may not be able to control your circumstances, but you can choose how you react to those circumstances, so choose to be happy. Love yourself and your hot butt in those really tight jeans.

And ladies do not be afraid that you are going to bulk up like Arnold Schwarzenegger, women cannot physically gain muscle like men can. Lifting weights will just give you that nice toned body all over. Now it may cost some money to buy some free weights, but you will have them forever. If you are really strapped for cash right now, you could try lifting some water bottles or cans of soup. Lifting weights is very important. We loose muscle as we age, so lift those weights. The more muscle we have, the more calories we burn, just sitting there. So don’t skip out on those weights. Do some squats while holding weights and your butt will look hot in skinny jeans.
